Spacious apartment near the city center. Calm area. Comfortable bed, but sofa beds were not so much comfy (like is common :-) ). To the city center by walking in 10-15 min. Possibility to use underground parking at property for extra fee. WiFi connection without problems. Optionally breakfast available.

I visit Metz 3/4 times per year, and Residhome is my go to hotel! Excellent location a few minutes walk from the train station, with small kitchinette! Excellent value for money!

Everything was good - it would be very good, exceptional, if they have indoor pool (like in Residhome Paris-Massy).

Large and well-furnished apartment, helpful staff, easy access, and solid breakfast - exactly what we were looking for.

Good location. Friendly staff. You have parking available in the hotel garage which was very convenient. Only 9 euros. Clean and tidy, pretty much everything what you could need was there.

Location really close to train station. We just went as cheap and cheerful very quick visit. Just overnight then gone. on a bike tour
